  • What our employees say

Bally is fast approaching reaching the milestone of a decade at cap hpi.
She first joined in April 2008 as a telesales account manager and in January this year had progressed to Business Development Manager (Insurance Sector & Carweb).

Bally says: “I originally came to CAP seeking a new challenge after various roles within a Facilities Management Company. I started off working for the CAP editorial team but when a good opportunity as an Accounts Manager came up I seized it and landed myself a role in telesales. I thrived and nurtured my hunger to succeed hitting my target in the first month without any sales experience. From that moment on I was highly motivated to not only exceed my own personal targets but to contribute and help the team wherever possible to achieve team targets. This is a quality I have maintained ever since, embracing new challenges and positively adapting to change. I’m very proud of the fact that I’ve hit my sales target for 42 months straight.”

After ten years at the company Bally recently applied for jobs both internally and externally seeking to further enhance her skillset and knowledge.

Added Bally: “I was actually successful in my applications for both jobs. The external role obviously meant a move to a new company so after nearly ten happy years I was faced with a difficult decision. After much deliberation along with wise words and advice from colleagues and family, I chose to stay and further my career within cap hpi. The deciding factor was a new challenge and opportunity to excel further in a company that I felt attached to, where I know that there is support from management and colleagues within the organisation to guide me on my sales career journey.”
In terms of the future, Bally is confident that great opportunities remain ahead for her, reaffirming her decision to stay put:

“cap hpi always shows a commitment to support employees for training and development. This was a key factor influencing my decision to stay. I really couldn’t see any other business offering me the same paths for progression, even after ten years. I have seen so many changes over the years and for me it’s the people who make it a great place to work. The management and directors are so approachable and visible which is very important to me and I can see very exciting times ahead, especially in the new Insurance sector – I definitely have the challenge I was seeking!
