Reporting To: Pricing Manager Team: Marketing

The Role

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, as a Customer Value Analyst you will be responsible for defining, developing and embedding a customer-value led commercial culture within the business. Your primary objective is to take ownership of, develop and maintain, UK and International customer-value Return On Investment (ROI) models and Customer Pricing models; key to effective commercial decisions; gaining stakeholder buy-in to the customer-value story for new and existing products and services, up to senior management level.

With Insights, you will work with internal teams, and industry experts, to lead the definition and sourcing of the customer-value levers for commercial decisions. You will become knowledgeable about our customers and their needs, the UK and International markets, the competitive environment we operate, and our products and services.

With Marketing, you will assist in the definition and delivery of integrated promotional and marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix, aligned to the customer-value story. You will analyse and administer the successes of each campaign, providing evidence-based ROI reporting to the Marketing team for each campaign in order to direct future marketing campaign approaches. You will assist the Head of Marketing in creating high level lead generation and retention performance reporting across all sales teams to ensure marketing budget is aligned effectively to the marketing strategy.

You must be able to evidence experienced commercial, creative and analytical skills, and a proven track record in ROI modelling, pricing development and management. You should also possess first class Excel skills (to VBA level) and numeracy / literacy skills along with the ability to analyse information and make evidence-based informed ROI decisions.

With excellent communication skills you will have proven experience of interacting and challenging stakeholders at all levels and working cross-functionally with different teams. You should be highly organised and have a proven track record of achieving targets. A strong team player, with a creative and commercial ethic, you will also be comfortable operating in a business that is underpinned by all things ‘data’.
