During this COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to take a moment to share with you that we remain steadfastly committed to the health and safety of our team, our customers and our partners through these unprecedented times.

We’re here to support you in continuing to serve customers exceptionally during this time. We have implemented our business continuity plans in locations where conditions require a transition from normal business operations.

To this end, we have initiated work from home programs for our team members and, to support the well-being of our employees who continue to work in our offices, we are monitoring and practicing social distancing along with promotion of good health and hygiene practices, as recommended by WHO.

We have recently tested all systems in line with our ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 accreditation requirements. We are also evaluating the requirements for updates and adjustments to our business continuity plan in real-time to mitigate any potential impact that may come as a result of this evolving situation.

In an effort to further support our customers during this trying time, we will be delivering small “cameo” online training sessions to our customers – providing much of the same value found in our traditional training sessions but available in a virtual environment, for a nominal fee. Additionally, we are reviewing opportunities to extend our existing pricing where possible to lessen the financial impact of this situation.
