On today’s bonus Sunday interview, Philip Nothard talks with Yvonne Hignell, Care and Support Services Director of Ben.

With over 16 years’ experience in the health, social and community care sectors, Yvonne has worked to develop creative, person centred and impactful services for some of society’s most vulnerable people.

Most recently Yvonne was the founding Director of a charity and social enterprise delivering direct support to people who live with learning disability and their families. Managing complex, regulated activity and leading community based teams has given Yvonne the experience and knowledge required to fulfil the demanding role of Support Services Director at Ben.

Yvonne is driven by a desire to ensure people who need support are enabled to find long-term solutions to life’s challenges.
